Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled experience.
 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
 

This experience is weather-dependent. If Fly Badlands must cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you’ll be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
 

Refusal to sign the required waiver prior to flight will result in cancellation without refund.
 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that booking details are accurate and confirmed.
 

No-shows without prior notice 24 hours in advance will be treated as cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.
 

Requests made by customers due to weather are not valid for a refund. Weather go/no-go decisions will be made by our pilots, who are professionally trained to assess the weather conditions. Our pilots will only depart on scenic flights in safe, comfortable weather conditions.
