Welcome to Fly Badlands! By booking a scenic flight with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

By booking with Fly Badlands, you accept these Terms & Conditions, which govern your scenic flight experience. Fly Badlands is a scenic flight provider operating out of Wall, South Dakota.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All flights are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Passenger Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the flight: Full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the flight: Non-refundable.

Fly Badlands Cancellations:

  • We may cancel or reschedule flights due to weather, maintenance, or safety concerns.

  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule.

  • We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellations.
     

4. Weather Policy

  • Flights are weather-dependent and may be delayed or canceled for safety reasons.

  • Final decisions are made by the pilot in command.

  • Safety is always our top priority.
     

5. Passenger Requirements

  • All passengers must sign a liability waiver prior to boarding.

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Weight limits apply. Passengers must disclose their weight at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding without refund.

  • Passengers must be physically capable of boarding the aircraft without assistance, unless prior arrangements are made.
     

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your flight time.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened flight time or cancellation without refund.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.
     

7. Liability & Insurance

  • Fly Badlands is fully insured and operates under FAA guidelines.

  • All flights are conducted with passenger safety in mind, but there are inherent risks associated with aviation.

  • Fly Badlands is not liable for personal injury, or loss or damage to personal belongings during the flight or while on airport premises.
     

8. Photography & GoPro Footage

  • If GoPro footage is included or purchased, we aim to deliver it promptly.

  • In the event of technical failure, a refund for the footage will be provided. No further compensation is available.
     

9. Passenger Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior may affect the safety or comfort of others.

  • Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited during the flight.
     

10. Modifications

  • These terms are subject to change without notice.

  • The latest version will always be available on our website.
